Baxter Memorial Scholarship
The Baxter Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a high school senior who will study engineering or science at a four-year college or university for the upcoming year.
Congratulations to Garrison Buss from Camp Point Cental High School and Mitchell Fairley from Quincy Senior High School, our 2007 scholarship winners. Each was awarded a $1000 scholarship.
